[OpenMW-CS] Texture editing parses the selected indexes wrongly
When making an omwaddon with a texture index bigger than the overall texture amount, and drag that to the brush button, there is an error message in console. For example, making a texture with index 101 on a game with 26 textures, you get this: "An exception has been caught: vector::_M_range_check: __n (which is 101) >= this->size() (which is 26)"
In this case, also the tooltip of the selected texture isn't updated, even if the actual index is. Therefore, the user is able to make edits with any texture index, but there is an error message, and the tooltip is confusing.
In the attached image, black texture with "Welcome"-text is painted with index 101, even if the tooltip says that selected texture is L0#0. It's also worth noting, that map of landtextures only knows of the texture index, not the plugin it's tied to, therefore it may be unnecessary to distinguish between plugin levels (e.g. L0#101 vs L1#101) in the tooltip.
