Saving and loading the save a second or two before hitting the ground doesn't count fall damage
This is a bit hard to replicate but, if you jump from a high place (an example is the silt strider Seyda Neen rock) and save a second or two before hitting the ground you take damage when saving is done, but when you load the save the fall damage isn't counted and the player character is standing on the ground unharmed, this is previously part two of #4411 (closed) put here so contributers become aware of it.
