OpenMW-CS: Skirts are invisible on characters

Found a bug while testing !434 (closed) . Opening cell 1, -13 with OpenMW-CS, character Maline Masolaude doesn't seem to have legs (body part not loaded in scene view), this happens both in master and with MR 434.
