Improve spell/magic item search to factor in magic effect names

Currently, searching in the spell menu is filtered only by the name of the spell or magical item. It would be helpful for players to immediately find a list of spells or items that have the same magic effect by being able to search by magic effect names. For example, typing in "restore" in the spell search window could display results for spells that have "Restore Health", "Restore Fatigue", "Restore Attribute Strength", "Restore Skill Medium Armor", etc. This would also be useful for finding multiple spells that have the same magic effect, but are of varying strengths and costs, or if they simply forgot the name of a specific spell that they wanted to use.

I found this forum post also requesting for the same change.
