Bull Netches incorrectly aim over the player character's head and always miss

In the vanilla game when the player character is standing and a bull netch comes closer to the PC within attack range, it starts shooting it's spell projectiles and aims for the PC's waist (exactly at the center of the actor), same behavior can be happen with cliff racers if you click on one and type this command:

addspell "poisonbloom"

Unlike vanilla, in OpenMW Bull Netches always aim over the PC's head and miss their shots, same behavior can be happen with cliff racers if you click on one and type this command:

addspell "poisonbloom"
