Summon effects running on the player during game initialization cause crashes

I made a race overhaul using TES CS it only works in OpenMW because in vanilla since you can't remove racial abilities with MWScript.

It doesn't crash Morrowind.exe.

Log isn't any help. openmw.log

Here is the problem child Races.ESP
