Player character can move/rotate while paralyzed, when "turn to movement direction" is enabled
Player character can rotate in place but not move out of the spot where they were paralyzed until spell wears off, in third person when turn to movement direction is enabled.
While some might consider it a non-issue since the PC can't actually move out of the spot, it would still be nice to keep consistency with how it is when the option is disabled and how it is in first person, and also how NPCs can't move/rotate while paralyzed.
