Do not reboot PC after OpenMW installation on Windows

Now computer reboots during installation with OpenMW-0.46.0-win64.exe.

I think it's because of the C++ redistributable. Tried adding /norestart to the command line? https://asawicki.info/news_1597_installing_visual_c_redistributable_package_from_command_line
