Basic collada animation support

Original name of this issue: Support various animation formats through osgAnimation

Idea is to support formats like Collada/DAE and other supported by OSG, by using osgAnimation. This also requires an implementation of CharacterController for various formats, and possibly development of some other animation-related control than keyframes.

The first goal is to get a simple animated creature in Collada-format to OpenMW.
