Pinned windows shouldn't cover breath progress bar
In the vanilla game the breath progress bar stays over the pinned windows:

In OpenMW pinned windows cover the breath progress bar, hindering the gameplay when the player puts the map at the top for example (had to lower to show the issue):

Happens in 0.47 nightly, and if it still matters 0.46 RC.
