Spawnpoint in the Grazelands doesn't produce oversized creatures

There's a wildlife spawnpoint just slightly northwest of coe 8,14 that spawns creatures that are noticeably bigger than what's normal in Morrowind. Might be a bug, but I've always found it fun to randomly find a huge creature in out of nowhere, and the first time it was quite a wtf-moment.
