Player follower that startcombat and kills innocent NPCs should be a considered a crime
To test: In caldera, aifollow nedhelas to player, and then apply nedhelas->startcombat keel_raniur. If nedhelas kills keel_raniur, there should be a bounty and guards pursue. This is how vanilla behaves in my testing.
This is significant because, apart from deviating from vanilla, if we go by the current behavior, then the player will not incur any bounty(crime) when the follower attacks because there is no clear indicator who started the assault first.
