PlayGroup doesn't play non-looping animations correctly

Vanilla: if the animation doesn't have a loop, it leaves the actor AI frozen after the animation is over (actor can still turn towards the player if hostile or able to do AI "hello"), then "Playgroup Idle" can restore normal behaviour.
0.46 nightly: normal NPC AI is resumed at the end of the animation.
OpenMW behaviour seems more practical, but I don't know if this is troublesome for mods that rely on PlayGroup.
