Mesh optimizer: check for reserved node name is case-sensitive
This bug is easy to reproduce with vanilla game:
- player->additem "BM wolf right gauntlet" 1
- equip added gauntlet As a result, meshes for both wolf gauntlets are used instead of just right one.
This is because optimizer merges shapes, despite they should be reserved and can not be optimized.
The mesh contains two nodes, related to issue - "left hand" and "right hand", but now we only consider "Left Hand" and "Right Hand" as reserved due to bug in Misc::StringUtils::ciCompareLen() function. By design, search should be case-insensitive in this function.
