AiWander console command handles idle chances incorrectly
Select any NPC and use this console command:
AIWander 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 100
In vanilla game NPC will play Idle9 animation, in OpenMW he will do nothing. That't because we read chances for Idle1-9 and ignore Idle9 value, when change array size to 8. Vanilla drops first value (for Idle1) instead.
