Transformations for NiSkinInstance are ignored

Some ships in Abot's Boats have misplaced sails - they have additional vertical offset and rotated to wrong direction (see the attached screenshot). OPENMW_OPTIMIZE=OFF does not change anything. NifSkope renders this model fine.
