NPC's lips do not move if his head model has the NiBSAnimationNode root node
Usually, head models use the NiNode as root node, but some replacers use the NiBSAnimationNode instead (take a look at attached screenshot). In original engine such models work fine, in OpenMW NPC's lips will not move. After renaming the NiBSAnimationNode to the NiNode models work fine in OpenMW too.
