(mod) AddSpell doesn't affect base record of NPCs/creatures
In vanilla constant active spells (abilities, diseases, curses), added to a NPC or creature ID by "AddSpell" in a local or targeted script or dialogue results, are carried over to their next instances (respawned, placed by scripts, or in cells not yet loaded)
This is similar to #2798 (closed) for AI parameter functions like SetFight.
