Multiple followers should have the same following distance

Having multiple followers, for example five, will cause them to go like a train: first one to start following you goes first, second one after him and so on, so second is more following first than you. This makes leading such train of NPCs through staircases quite a challenge. And, most importantly, they stop walking, they only run, so they stop very far from the Player.
