3rd person look "over the shoulder" and other camera options

It can be really pleasant to see more freedom in camera modes in OpenMW. Personally, I woild prefer a 3rd person look "over the shoulder" (like one, provided in a Morrowind Code Patch), but other options are needed too, I doubt. And a simple switch/cycle by keyboard shortcut will be welcomed.
