Keep an item condition when enchant it
When player enchants an item, a game removes it from inventory and spawns an new item with different ID (and full health). The game does not change new item health, even if the old item is completely broken.
Original Morrowind has this issue too, but I completely sure that this behaviour is a bug. Should we keep this bug in OpenMW or should fix it?
