1 frame late magicka recalc breaks early scripted magicka reactions to Intelligence change
If you create a script that modifies magicka (ModMagicka) when it detects that intelligence is changed in vanilla Morrowind, it will successfully modify the magicka. However, if you do this in OpenMW it will not modify the magicka and will instead set your magicka to whatever it would be based on how the vanilla engine determines it from intelligence.
I got around this by telling it to not modify magicka until the next frame but there may be other mods not made with this in mind.
