[Mod] Improved Thrown Weapon Projectiles - weapons have wrong transformation during throw animation

Throwing weapons are incorrectly rotated during throwing animation (when character raises his hand), this does not happen in original MW. See the attached video: https://youtu.be/M59rFtBRrOo
