V-Sync causes screen tearing.

On nightly build cba1aff9 I have encountered some weird issue.

When I turn v-sync on I get weird screen-tearing artifacts while moving the camera, while with it off I get a smooth visual picture.

I took videos to show off this effect; nothing happened when I recorded it through capture software (which I call "in-game audio" in the recording, because I have a killer headache).

However, I was able to grab a capture of the effect with my cell phone video camera, which (first) I should apologize for, and (second) shows the bug quite well.
