[Regression] Trading Bug?: Mebastion Ence

Not sure if it's just this trader alone (new to this, if i discover it on other traders I'll edit or comment on this post).

When you trade with Mebastion, every time you reopen trade, it takes longer each time.. After investigating, it became clear why. Every time the trade is opened the trader's inventory exponentially increases the amount of steel armour pieces (not exactly exponentially, it seemed to have been roughly 60K the last few times). As of right now it's ~340K units of each.. Yes, you read that correctly, and the trade menu took about 10 seconds to open.
