Summoned creatures ignore target height
Some summoned creatures, such as a least bonewalker, use targetted spells like fireball. When targetting a small ennemy like a rat, they will ignore the target height, thus firing well above it. Interestingly, they still take the y value into account, and will not simply fire horizontally. The attached screenshot will make things clearer.

I suspect that it also happens for melee attacks, as my skeletal minion kept missing against rats and other small creatures.
(May probably also apply to non-summoned creatures, but I could not test.)
