Default to (0, 0) when "unknown cell" is encountered.
This is reproduced in AoA when the CharGenQuick script is run: player->PositionCell 0, 0, 450, 0, "Woods"
While "Woods" does not exist, in Morrowind nor in AoA, it would complain but still go to (0, 0).
We should do this to maximize compatibility with existing mods and TCs.
