[OpenGL] Water effects, flames and parts of creatures solid black when observed through brazier flame

When you look at a torch, a water surface or some creatures (e.g. Durzogs) through the flame of "light_om_brazier", they (or a part of them) appears solid black (see screenshots). In the case of water it only happens if refraction is disabled. Only happens with OpenGL, Direct3D9 works fine.

Steps to reproduce: 0. Start OpenMW with the OpenGL Renderer 1a. coc to "Old Mournhold: Teran Hall, East Bldg" for torches and creatures 1b. coc to "Old Mournhold: City Gate" to observe with water 2. Look at the torch/water/creature(Durzog) through the flame of the brazier (Refraction disabled for water)
