CLI install-requirements ~ inform the user before installation what it wants to install

Hej-hej Robin,

I tried it out would it not be more informative what it does (make src directories, install this and that …) or summarise it after ./visualize-rdf --install-requirements? It is unusual to be prompted for sudo and not knowing what is gonna come using administrative privileges, you know.
