use citation keys instead of manual footnotes
At the moment sources are referenced manually e.g.
[^65]: Ackermann, John R. (2009) 'Towards Open Source Hardware'; University of Dayton Law Review, 34(2), pp. 208-209
This could be done by a bibtex file, making the whole thing much easier reusable (bibtex can be imported, expanded and modified by any bibliographic software). Also is very easy to change citations styles. AND we can save our footnotes for 'real' footnotes :)
