Categories

The list of the categories can not be edited. And it is also very specific, but limited.

So it is hard to find an according category. I should be able to create new categories (or at least suggest them) and it would need more generic categories and/or something for "other".

Also I can choose both the top-level categories and the sub-level categories. What is happening then?
