* Work on integrating embroider. Minor upgrades. Couple bugfixes, etc
* move packages from broccoli to webpack / auto-import
* Embroider Prep, realize Embroider doesn't work with tests...

* resolve some deprecations

Workflow:
* update paths on github workflow
* resolve deprecation in ember-oo-modifiers
* make a new workflow just for the master branch
* pull out linting to run even more stuff in parallel
* Use correct name for quality workflow
