Segmentation configuration file fix

the evaluation_units parameter actually belongs to the segmentation parameters, not evaluation parameters

Fixed bug when logging discriminator loss for tensorboard in GAN application

Change file name in niftyreg_image_resampling: setup --> setup.py

Build and use niftyreg_image_resampling module

setup should be named setup.py since it is a python file and so it is
reference in the README.md file

According to CMakeLists.txt in niftyreg_gpu_resampler,
niftyreg_module_loader.py should be a template file named
niftyreg_module_loader.py.in; building process fails otherwise.

Solved some typo bugs
Renamed a variable to fall in line with ConvLayer
