Repeat notifications for calls

When a call is coming through (via Talk), the notification is the same as the one we get when a message comes through. There is no way to differentiate between messages and calls if not observing the screen.

It should be simple enough to create a separate notification channel for calls so that the ringtone and vibration is looped as for normal phone calls.
