Wait for last bubble to finish before starting a new one on the same folder

I'll have to let it run over night but on my Windows machine this seems to keep my 100k files node at 0-2% of CPU usage, 0.1 MB/s disk usage and a constant 2.2 GB of ram usage. Overall power usage is reported as "Low" by the task manager. Previously it was usually "high" due to the CPU being in the 20-80% range. I've also seen record disk usage of 350 MB/s after letting it run over night yesterday.
