Test & deal with internet outages & redundancy drop

Overview

I experienced that siad can not deal with internet outages. I lost a lot of redundancy again. I'm not completely sure about that, I didn't test because I don't want to lose my files, but somewhere there is an important bug.

I run siad 0-24 on my VPS, renting, and hosting (sia.coolhd.hu:9982). I'm NOT in the grace period. I have 1.442 KS unallocated. Version: 1.4.8-rc1

My VPS provider sent me an email some days ago:

The maintenance will take place on Wednesday, 29th April 2020, at 05:30 am UTC+2

The maintenance will require a short interruption of the Internet uplink, we expect an offtime of less than 15 minutes. The unavailability will only affect the Internet connection, your server/VPS will keep running throughout the maintenance and will be available immediately after we have completed the maintenance.

The outage was on Apr. 29, but siad created a lot of new contracts on May. 2. Maybe there is no connection between the outage and the redundancy loss.

(by the way, the repair also very slow, my CPU and up/downlink has much more resources than siad use)

After some hours:
