Reorg CLI to use commands

We will be supporting

• Uploading videos
• Importing links #6 (closed)
• Uploading captions

It'll be better to organize the CLI into commands for more clarity.

Libs to so are listed here. A very viable candidate seems to be Cliff which seems to be built for this
