Wait a specifiable amount of time before deleting temporary containers

I think this would be a very useful feature. For example to undo close tabs, or to keep payment processing containers alive long enough (or any other intermediate containers created in redirects).

I have a WIP implementation for containerise that I'm porting to bifulushi, but do you think this is a good idea?
