Update and install systemd services if user requires them
Most major distributions use systemd for the daemon management.
It makes most sense to make sure they are using your service files rather than homebrew ones. Probably controled with some switch like --with-systemd it should install at least ntpd and ntp-wait services.
Here I attach patch for the ntpd service to safeguard for containers service.patch
Also it would be nice to have ntp-wait.service
Both of these should be installed in unitdir usually /usr/lib/systemd/system/
