As before, no log to stderr after fork.  Early mysyslog() output
only showed up in the syslog and never got seen.

Next libisc/backtrace.c goes bye-bye.

Good riddance, prolly never worked, replaced with better code
in libntp/assert.c

So it can be used in catchTrap().

Debugging logs that are merely printfs have been replaced by
DPRINT / TPRINT, as appropriate. More complicated loggers have been
marked with SPECIAL DEBUG to aid in filtering.
