Merge latest autorevision HEAD

Fixes:
- Only use the committer date for git.
- Only use the `local` keyword where supported.

The latter issue broke the build on Solaris 11, where /bin/sh is ksh, and we
filed this as https://github.com/Autorevision/autorevision/issues/37
