ntpdig: no fraction of seconds

Dear Support Team,

I can't believe that my client is so precise that offset is zero microseconds using ntpdig.

# ntpdig 192.168.241.190
2017-09-30 20:11:13. 0 (-0200) +0.000000 +/- 0.000000 192.168.241.190 s1 no-leap
# ntpdig 192.168.241.91
2017-09-30 20:11:20. 0 (-0200) +0.000000 +/- 0.000002 192.168.241.91 s1 no-leap

Especially if I get a different result with ntpq.

# ntpq -pn
remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter
