Additions from NRAP/SMART FECM Meeting

• Add Seismogenic Index model with injection rate (i.e. Shapiro et al., 2010)
• Add Seismogenic Index Model with pressure history (i.e. Langenbruch et al., 2018)
• Produce a number of examples of injection at an EOR site (this may be better suited for high-fidelity models)
• Add checklist presented to the user that shows the required type of input data that Orion still requires. For example, if the user uploads a reservoir model, they dont need to upload injection/well data and/or reservoir properties, but they still need a seismic dataset. Do they have a seismic catalog they'd like to provide or does Orion need to query it?
