Summary:

Update Dask page to

  • Make Dask sound friendlier and less fragile at NERSC
  • Make it easier for users to find our example notebooks
  • Update links with more descriptive titles
  • Minor reorganization
  • Minor adjustments to pass linter test and meet review criteria

Submitters and reviewers please make sure

  • internal links are relative and to the .md file
  • avoid links named "here"
  • alt-text for images is descriptive
  • doesn't duplicate existing content
  • spell check
  • renders correctly
  • does not include any identifiable information (real usernames, project names, etc)
