Whatever config I select - my drawing blows up hugely!

I attach an SVG that I created by importing a PDF in Inkscape - you can see on the RHS on the Southern border there is a 47m length and on the East border a 73.29m length - can you tell me if you can use this extension to scale the drawing properly and put a Scale Rule on the drawing? - I can't get it to work . .

If you can indeed get it the extension to work, would you be able to create a desktop capture video of your process with OBS? - it would be great for me to explain how to get it to work but it would be worth putting on YT too . .

In case you need it - I am using:

• Fedora Linux 41
• Inkscape v1.4
