Draft Configuration

Be able to configure a drawing to act a certain way:

• for a draft
• for a user/group
• by default

Configuration for:

• draft title (#63 (closed))
• draft description
• event mapping
• edit password (#103 (closed))
• available tools
• default tool (#1 (closed) permissions)
• tool configurations
