[Bug] Notification sometimes not triggered at the end of the timer

Hello,

I have noticed this strange bug since a few time now but, being not sure of how to reproduce it, I hesitated to report it earlier. Unfortunately I still don't know how to reliably reproduce it, but it still needs to be reported so I create this ticket.

What happens is that sometimes the notification is not triggered at the end of the timer.
=> If the phone is let aside, the notification is triggered later, between a few seconds and several minutes after the expected end of the timer.
=> If the phone is waked up during this additional delay, the notification is triggered at the wake up, as if the timer had just expired normally but in fact it was already past since some time.

I was not able to understand what makes or not this bug happens. At a moment I thought it was happening more often when waking up the phone while a timer is running, but doing other tries this afternoon, it now seems to be the opposite so it may be more complicated, or completely unrelated.

This happens with both the work timer and the break timer, so if there is common code between the two it is probably a good starting point.
