[Improvement suggestion] Make the progress bars decreasing

Hello,

It is very useful to have the progress bar in the notification, but I was a bit surprised at first that it goes increasing.
Since it shows the remaining time, it would be more logical that the progress bar starts full and decrease to 0 along with the timer.

This is the same for the progress bar which is displayed in the application after the "Start" button is pressed.
