HA TOLO: Simulate shorter intervals for aroma pump

The TOLO system does not allow to configure the interval in which the aroma pump is working. If Aroma therapy is enabled, (according to the docs) the aroma pump will be activated each 5 minutes for 5 seconds. To run the aroma pump more often, the official manual suggest to manually turn off and on Aroma therapy as such, as each activation of Aroma therapy resets the 5 minute timer and triggers the pump.

This could be simulated by the HA TOLO integration by offering a timer with a shorter period than 5 minutes, which disables and enabled Aroma therapy.
