HA TOLO: allow to configure which acessoires have been attached.

A TOLO device does not report which optional accessories are connected. To hide entities of features which are not available due to missing optional accessoires, the integration configuration should allow to declare which optional accessoires are connected and hide other entities.

• light
• fans
• aroma oil injectors (single or double)
• sole nebulizer
• descaling pump
